Business group hires Scott Reed to guide political planning, promotes Rob Engstrom to oversee grassroots and election activities Engstrom As the 2012 election season ramps up, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has filled two positions to strengthen its political operation, including hiring a long-time Republican Party official.
